What each domain does is set out in the official domain list. Anything missing from this table, such as a WhatsApp number, a social media page other than @SlotKaki on X and @SlotKaki_Official on YouTube, especially one offering "customer service" or another Telegram account, is not an official support channel. How to check a Telegram username
Every Telegram account has two names. The display name, the large text at the top of a profile, can be typed by anyone and is not unique. The username, starting with @, is unique: only one account can hold it.

Anyone can create a Telegram group called "SlotKaki Official". An admin of such a group who messages you privately is not a member of the support team.
The genuine email address
