Check the payment method before you deposit at SlotKaki
Every transaction is made inside your account at slotkaki.shop, in Ringgit Malaysia. Minimum amounts, daily limits and promotions can change, so check the current figures on the payment page in your account.
Verified on · Guide by the SlotKaki team

| Method | Suits | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| FPX | Online banking users with a Malaysian bank | Your bank must support FPX; you will be taken to your bank's genuine log-in page. |
| Touch 'n Go eWallet | Quick payments from your phone | The name on the e-wallet must match the name on your SlotKaki account. |
| DuitNow | Transfers using a phone number or QR code | Check the recipient name shown on screen before you confirm. |
| Local bank transfer | Larger amounts | Keep the receipt and enter the reference number if asked. |
Before you press pay
- Make sure you are on slotkaki.shop and not on a site someone sent you in a message.
- Check the recipient name on your bank or e-wallet screen.
- Never transfer money to a personal account given to you by an "agent" on a chat app. SlotKaki does not ask for payment that way.
- Make sure the amount stays within the limit you set for this month.
Why a withdrawal can be delayed
- KYC verification has not been completed for your first withdrawal.
- The name on your bank account does not match your SlotKaki account name.
- The wagering requirement of a promotion you accepted has not yet been met.
- The receiving bank is undergoing maintenance.
The status of each request appears in your account's transaction history. If the status has not changed within the stated time, contact customer service through live chat on the main site.
Every payment page should start at the slotkaki.org cashier
A genuine payment always begins inside your account, never from a link someone sends you. The order is the same every time:
- Open slotkaki.shop from your bookmark and log in.
- Go to the cashier (the Deposit section), which opens on slotkaki.org. Glance at the address bar: it should read slotkaki.org before you type any amount.
- Choose a method and enter the amount at the cashier. The deposit request now appears in your transaction history.
- Only then are you sent to your bank or e-wallet, or shown transfer details. The amount on that next screen must match what you typed.
If you land on a payment page without going through steps 1 to 3, for example by scanning a QR code posted in a chat group, assume it is not our cashier. How to read the spelling of an address and the site certificate is explained in the guide to checking the address before you type a password.
Who the payee should be, method by method
| Method | What you should see | Stop if |
|---|---|---|
| FPX | Your own bank's log-in page, then a TAC or in-app approval. The payee may be a payment processor's company name rather than the word SlotKaki. | You are asked to type your bank ID and password into a form that is not the bank's page, or to give a TAC code to anyone. |
| Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost | The e-wallet app opens with a payment request for the same amount you entered at the cashier. | You are told to use the transfer feature to send money to a private person's phone number. |
| DuitNow | A QR code or DuitNow ID shown by the cashier, and your banking app shows the payee name before you confirm. | The name that appears belongs to an individual the cashier never mentioned. |
| Bank transfer | The account number the cashier shows for that request. Details can change, so copy the current ones each time. | The account number came from a message, an old screenshot or an "agent". |
| Crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT) | The wallet address and network displayed at the cashier. USDT runs on more than one network, TRC20 and ERC20 for instance. | The network in your wallet differs from the one at the cashier. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed. |
With crypto, paste the address and compare the first six and last six characters with the cashier before sending. Some malware quietly swaps a copied address for its own.
If someone hands you a bank account or phone number outside the cashier, you can look it up on the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) Semak Mule portal at semakmule.rmp.gov.my. A "no record" result does not make the account safe; it only means nobody has reported it yet. Other warning signs are covered in the guide to fake deposit agents.
Receipts worth keeping, and for how long
- The confirmation screen from your bank or e-wallet, showing amount, date, time and reference number.
- The request reference in your account's transaction history.
- The transaction hash (TxID) for crypto, together with the network you used.
- The payee name exactly as it appeared before you tapped confirm.
Keep them in one dedicated folder on your phone, sorted by month. Hold on to them at least until the balance is credited and any related withdrawal has gone through, and ideally for another month after that. Avoid posting receipts in public groups, since your name and account number are visible.
If you have paid but the balance has not moved, follow the steps for deposit problems. For a withdrawal that has been pending too long, see withdrawal pending or rejected.
Frequently asked questions
Can I deposit from someone else's bank account?
No. Payments need to come from a bank account or e-wallet in your own name, because that name has to match your SlotKaki profile. Third-party payments can be held for review, and withdrawals are only ever sent to a bank account in the account holder's name.
What happens if I pick the wrong crypto network?
Contact support through live chat straight away and include the TxID, network, amount and address you used. Nobody can reverse a crypto transfer, and funds sent over the wrong network may not be recoverable at all. That is why the network check comes before you press send.
What does 1x turnover on a deposit mean?
Each deposit has to be wagered at least once, in full, before it can be withdrawn. For example, a RM100 deposit needs RM100 in total bets. A promotion can carry a higher requirement, which is set out in that promotion's own terms inside your account.
