Fake deposit agents: how the offer works and how to turn it down

A fake deposit agent is someone who offers to top up your gaming account once you transfer money to them. SlotKaki has no official deposit agents. Every deposit is made by the account holder through the cashier after logging in, so anyone asking you to pay them as an "agent" is not part of SlotKaki.

Why official deposit agents do not exist

A real deposit follows a single route. You open slotkaki.shop, log in, and the cashier on slotkaki.org lists methods such as FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, bank transfer or crypto. Payment details come from a screen inside your own account, never from someone's message.

That route exists so every ringgit shows up in your transaction history. Money sent through an "agent" lands in a stranger's account and leaves no trace in yours. If the agent disappears, there is nothing to follow.

Agents cannot bend the rules either. Each deposit needs at least 1x turnover before withdrawal, and the first withdrawal needs a verified profile. Anyone claiming they can skip those steps is lying. To check which payment methods are genuine, see what to check before you deposit.

Lines fake agents tend to use

These people turn up in social media comments, Telegram groups, or your private messages right after you ask publicly about a deposit problem. The wording varies; the pattern does not.

Message (example)What is really going on
"Deposit through me and get an extra 50% bonus."Genuine bonuses appear only inside your account. An agent has no access to them.
"The cashier is under maintenance, pay into this account for now."If the cashier is down, wait or ask live chat inside your account.
"Your withdrawal is stuck. Pay a RM 300 release fee to clear it."Withdrawal status is shown in your account and is never settled by paying an individual.
"I'm a VIP agent. Send your password and OTP and I'll handle it."SlotKaki staff never ask for a password or OTP code.
"Here's our official agent certificate." (with a photo of a document)Documents and balance screenshots are easy to fake. There is no official agent to verify.
"Send the receipt within 10 minutes or your slot is cancelled."The deadline is there to stop you checking.

The figures above are examples of scam wording. Real bonus values and conditions are always shown inside your account.

Payee accounts that should worry you

The clearest sign is simple: the account details arrive by chat instead of appearing in the cashier after you log in. Other signs often come with it:

Before sending anything to an unfamiliar account, enter its account number or phone number on Semak Mule (semakmule.rmp.gov.my), the Royal Malaysia Police lookup for reported scam accounts. No record does not mean safe; it only means nobody has reported it yet.

When a genuine deposit is slow to arrive

Many players meet fake agents at exactly this moment: a real deposit has not been credited and they ask for help in a public group. Resist the shortcut and work through these steps instead:

  1. Check the status in your account's transaction history.
  2. Keep the bank or e-wallet receipt with its reference number.
  3. Contact live chat inside your account, or Telegram @Slotkakiofficial.
  4. Follow the help centre's deposit problems guide for the evidence it asks for.

Try not to post your phone number or username in public comments while asking. That is precisely what scammers are looking for.

What to do when an agent contacts you

  1. Send no money and share no account details. There is no need to argue.
  2. Screenshot their profile, username, phone number and messages.
  3. Block and report the account through the chat app's own menu.
  4. Tell official support, with the screenshots, so other players can be warned.
  5. If you have already paid, call your bank and NSRC 997 straight away, then follow the steps for the first 24 hours after a scam.

Frequently asked questions

Does SlotKaki have official deposit agents?

No. There are no official deposit agents. The account holder makes every deposit through the cashier after logging in from slotkaki.shop. Anyone asking you to transfer money to them so your gaming account gets credited is not acting for SlotKaki.

The agent showed balance screenshots and happy customers. Could it still be fake?

Yes. Balance screenshots, testimonials and certificates are easy to edit or copy from someone else. Because SlotKaki does not use deposit agents, no amount of proof can make an agent legitimate. The correct payment details only ever appear inside your own account.

I have already paid an agent. Can SlotKaki credit that money?

No, because the money went to a private account and never reached SlotKaki. Call your bank and NSRC 997 as quickly as you can, file a police report, and keep the receipt and the conversation as evidence.

Before your next deposit Deposit only from the cashier after logging in through slotkaki.shop. If someone offers to act as your agent, keep the evidence and report it to official support.
