What to check before you register a SlotKaki account
Before you register, check four things: you are on slotkaki.shop and typed the address yourself, the phone number is yours, the password is not used anywhere else, and your name is spelt exactly as your bank shows it. Sign-up itself happens only at slotkaki.shop; this page covers what to check before, during and after you fill in the form.

Have these ready
- An active Malaysian phone number that can receive SMS.
- Your legal name, spelled the way your bank or e-wallet shows it.
- A fresh password that you do not use on any other site.
Registration steps
- Open slotkaki.shop and make sure the address is spelt correctly.
- Tap the Register button in the upper part of the page.
- Fill in a username, a password and your phone number.
- Enter the verification code sent to you by SMS.
- Complete your full name and bank details for withdrawals.
- Set a deposit limit in your account settings before making your first payment.
Why your name must match your bank account
Withdrawals are only sent to an account in the name of the SlotKaki account holder. If the names differ, the request is held until you send supporting documents. This is the most common reason a first withdrawal takes longer than expected.
Verification documents (KYC)
For your first withdrawal you may be asked for a photo of your MyKad or passport and proof of your bank account, such as a screenshot from your banking app showing your name. Only send documents through your account at slotkaki.shop, never through private messages.
Common problems
The SMS code has not arrived
Wait a moment, then tap resend. Also check that you have not typed the number with a doubled zero at the start.
The username is already taken
Add a few letters or numbers that are easy to remember. Avoid using your phone number as a username.
Can I register more than one account?
No. One person, one account. Duplicate accounts can be frozen along with their balances.
A password that is hard to guess and easy to remember
Your password is the only thing standing between your balance and someone else. The simplest way to make it strong is length: three or four unrelated words plus a number. As an illustration, a phrase like teapot-monsoon-bicycle-73 is far harder to crack than Ali1990, yet easier to recall. Please do not use this example itself.
- Aim for 12 characters or more. Longer is better.
- Leave out birthdays, MyKad numbers, phone numbers, your children's names and your favourite football club.
- Never reuse the password from your email, banking or social media. When one site leaks, scammers try the same password everywhere else.
- Keep it in your phone's or browser's password manager, not in a shared note or a screenshot sitting in your gallery.
Use a phone number registered to you
The SMS code at sign-up is only the start. The same number is used to recover your account and is checked during profile verification before your first withdrawal, because your full name, bank account, phone number and email all have to match the account holder.
- Do not borrow a number from a sibling, partner or friend. The day they change it, you lose your way back into the account.
- Prepaid numbers need to stay active. A number that lapses can be reissued to a stranger by the telco.
- If you change numbers later, follow the guide to changing your registered bank account or phone number instead of opening a second account.
What the genuine form asks for, and what it never does
| The real sign-up form asks for | SlotKaki never asks for |
|---|---|
| A username and a password you create yourself | Your online banking password or ATM card PIN |
| A Malaysian phone number | A TAC or OTP code from your bank |
| The registration SMS code, typed by you into the form | That SMS code passed to "staff" over WhatsApp or Telegram |
| Your full name and bank details for withdrawals | A "registration fee" or "activation deposit" sent to a personal account |
| Your email address, at sign-up or when you complete your profile | Photos of the front and back of your bank card |
Documents such as your MyKad are uploaded only through your account, and only when the system asks for them. If a document is rejected, the fixes are on the page about failed account verification.
Three things to do once the account is open
- Set your limits first. Put a deposit limit and a time reminder in place before your first payment, while your head is clear. How each tool works is covered in the responsible gaming and control tools guide.
- Complete your profile before the first withdrawal. Check that your full name, bank account, phone number and email are all yours and spelt the same way. Bear in mind that every deposit needs at least 1x turnover in bets before it can be withdrawn.
- Save the right address and contacts. Bookmark slotkaki.shop and get to know the official support channels, so a fake message stands out.
SlotKaki staff will never ask for your password or SMS code, whether during sign-up or at any point afterwards.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay anything to open an account?
No. Registering at slotkaki.shop is free. If anyone asks you for a sign-up fee, an activation deposit or a payment to open the account, treat it as a scam. Close the conversation and register yourself through an address you typed in.
Can I register with a family member's phone number?
It is not a good idea. The phone number must match the account holder during profile verification, and it is also how you recover the account. With someone else's number, your first withdrawal can be held up and you depend on them every time a code arrives.
What is the minimum age to sign up?
SlotKaki is for people aged 18 and over only. Profile details are checked before the first withdrawal, so never register on behalf of someone else, and do not hand a phone that is logged into your account to a child.
